    • I have been working in the consumer goods sector, specializing in fashion for three decades
      • I have managed and lead the operations (HR,Financial, Sales/Marketing, Product Teams, and the Factory) for up to 150 employees
      • I attended, exhibited, or worked with over 100 consumer goods and fashion related tradeshows in Asia and over 200 globally
      • I was responsible for the PLM aka Product Lifecycle Management for 15 brands
      • I have lead design & development teams for 12 individual collections with up to 15 internal staff, together we made some of the best products on this planet.
      • I managed the sourcing, supply chain, production, quality assurance, and operations for over 30 brands or retailers including but not limited to fortune 500, specialty retailers, and start ups
      • I have managed, mentored and inspired vendors, partners, and people (internal and External)
      • Managing hundreds of skus and millions of units with up to 40 vendors and 60 factories in multiple countries producing orders from 500 – 250,000 units
    • Doing business in Asia since 1989
      • I have taken over 300 trips within Asia, managing product and people in Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Vietnam
      • I also travelled to Central America, France, Italy, and Turkey to manage the product deliverables, inspire and empower people

      • Training on policies, procedures, processes, and QA/QC as per corporate requirements and individual needs
    • Lived in Mainland China for 7 years to embrace the culture, languages, and business practices
