Changing your life can be a challenge but it is not impossible, be aware that 95% of our time in life is spent in our sub-conscious and only 5% is spent in the conscious. Our sub-conscious is built off our past experiences, which become our routines, habits, patterns, and possible addictions. Our conscious is our creative side that is trying something new.
Evening closure every night
If you would like to transform your life at the end of each day and when you wake up it is essential to do the following:
Give thanks for your life. Accept, believe, and surrender.
The end of the day before you lie down

- Really feel the gratitude
- Feel gratitude in the emotional state

- Feel it with all of your heart
In a journal write down three things that day you are grateful for. Be present, feel the gratitude for the day.
Morning, Change your state before you get out of bed
Mornings are so important in our life as they set the tone/pace for the day.
- Take time in the mornings for you
- Be aware of the sub-conscious and conscious mind to make transformations throughout the day
- Make a list of what you need to do to make positive changes in your life
Let go of the past self
- It is important to decide what thoughts you can bring to the future

Every morning when I get up ask myself what is the greatest ideal of myself that I can be today?
- Really listen to the question and start to write down the “Greatest ideal of myself that I will be today”

What thoughts do I want to fire and wire? What do I need to fire and wire? Install the hardware in the brain. Practice what I want in my life. Write down what I want. Some of my examples:
- You are successful, smart, and people want to listen to you
- You understand the needs, now start doing what’s needed
- Enjoyment of my surroundings, with positive, healthy, happy, and loving people who acknowledge, appreciate me, and my business talents.
- Seeing beyond limitations, barriers, fear, and the unknown to deliver magical results
- Understanding people who don’t know what they want, need, and giving them value, purpose, and direction to their everyday lives
- Stability to have freedom to spend, travel, save, and not worry about money
Four thoughts I will stay conscious of all day? Discover and write them down, a few examples from me:
- Acceptance of who I am.

- Stay positive, do not allow negativity to dominate
- Effectiveness (efficiency) get to work, don’t put off or procrastinate
- Create and follow the vision, mission statement, and purpose
