Responsible for the Asia apparel supply chain of MPG and Mondetta Clothing (Branded and Private Label), active, cycle, sportswear and outdoor which is sold to fortune 500 and specialty retailers in North America and the United Kingdom.
Set up Shanghai office to compete with their established 13-year-old Hong Kong office, competing on programs, pricing, and keeping the product supply chain honest and transparent.
Grew and managed new office from zero to $100 million (retail) within two years.
Established lean manufacturing, staff and factory level training, coaching, and mentoring which improved overall costing, margins, quality and meet deliveries.
Overhauled the infrastructure, process optimization, and manufacturing excellence, by establishing lean and Kaizen systems, procedures, overall costing (TCO), quality, and deliveries.

Aritzia Inc. 1998 - 2000Vancouver
Recruited by CEO to play a key role in improving top and bottom-line performance of the company’s private label divisions (Talula Babaton, Talula, and TNA).
Responsible for and directed, motivated a strong product development and design team (10 people); added in-house pattern making/sample development staff.
Lead and collaborate with the team on current and projected product and line releases with up to 10 turns a year.
Responsible for all sourcing, purchasing, design, development, production, costing, and ensuring enough product inventory (demand planning) for the selling season for over 200 silhouettes.
Liaison between global sourcing, design, production, marketing, product allocation, and management. The private label increased from 25% to 55% of total sales.
Established retail pricing strategies that exceeded the gross margin pricing targets (70% private label).
